I'm married with 3 daughters, a former property lawyer and have worked in the property industry since 1998. I have a strong track record of serving the community. I have found the power of government grows and grows unless people stand up and put it in check. Unfortunately, we are also increasingly governed under a mantra that says there is no way you as a community member know what is good enough for your community. Paid Parking in Mount Lawley

STIRLING COUNCIL MUSINGS I

In my capacity as President of the Mount Lawley Society, I attend Council and Committee meetings to present and/or ask questions on matters impacting our Heritage Protection Areas.

However, it is sometimes the non-heritage matters that can be quite interesting to the regular Council audience.

For instance, last night Council was debating the introduction of paid parking in the Mount Lawley town centre.
