I'm married with 3 daughters, a former property lawyer and have worked in the property industry since 1998. I have a strong track record of serving the community. I have found the power of government grows and grows unless people stand up and put it in check. Unfortunately, we are also increasingly governed under a mantra that says there is no way you as a community member know what is good enough for your community. My concerns in Part IV about no urinals in the WACA refurbishment AND shared wash basins/mirrors for men and women in the Members’ area have gone viral.

It is good to know common sense and decency on the bathroom front might still exist for men and women.

Addressing the issue is a work in progress.

The Goldilocks Stadium

WACA MUSINGS III

Whilst Perth Stadium saw 42,723 spectators attend the 5 day Test match against the West Indies, the atmosphere was very different to the average of just over 38,000 that had seen the West Indies play all previous tests at the WACA Ground.

John Townsend at 91.3 SportFM believes Perth needs a stadium, not too big and not too small, for future Tests against teams like the West Indies and considers what is required to make the WACA Ground ‘just right’. Link below.
